Unions are Essential connected workers with union organizers in SEIU Local 2 at the height of the pandemic. In 2020, many frontline, low-paid, often temporary workers had no sick days or right to safe working conditions. This website helped to inform employees of their rights and usher in the process toward unionizing and collective bargaining.
